Los vestidos lenceros arrasaban en los 90s. Ahora vuelven para este final de verano y principio de otoño super fuertes. Aunque quizás esta temporada la importancia más que en el bajo de encaje reside en los tirantes finitos, que le dan ese toque minimal y sexy. Slip dresses rocked during the 90s. Now they’re back and we will see them at the end of this summer and start of the new season. Although this comeback brings them with no much lace but tiny winy straps, which give them a sexy and minimal look. No hay nada que más me apetezca en el verano que vestir con prendas blancas de inspiración mediterránea. La moda Adlib es romántica y Charo Ruiz Ibiza es una de las firmas que más me gusta, defiende este estilo reinventándolo sin dejar de perder ni una pizca de su esencia. Hoy llevo un cuerpo con hombros descubiertos y manga acampanada repleto de puntillas combinado con unos viejos shorts de Levi´s customizados con motivos marineros por Oh My. Estoy deseando volver a la playa y desde luego que este top se vendrá en mi maleta :) Como siempre muchas gracias por vuestros comentarios y por estar ahí, feliz día!

There’s nothing better for me during summer than dressing with white clothes with a Mediterranean vibe. The style of Adlib is very romantic an Charo Ruiz Ibiza is one of favourite brands, she gets this perfect style giving it her own touch without loosing the essence of it. Today I’m wearing a top with shoulders off and wide sleeves combined with an old pair of Levi’s shorts customised by vvvvvvvv. I can’t wait to go back to the beach and I’m sure this top will come with me in my bag :) thanks for all your comments and have a nice day!

No suelo llevar colores muy estridentes, pero he de reconocer que los tonos flúor me apetecen para el verano y que cada temporada alguna prenda termina cayendo. Como este vestido pegado en color verde lima de H&M que combiné con las zapatillas negras de converse para un look de estilo ochentero. Los colores luminosos nos favorecen resaltando el broceado, además de estar de moda, ahora es el momento! I don’t wear right coulours normally but I have to admit that I like neon colours for the summer and there’s always a thing or two each year that I end up going for. Like this tight neon dress in bright green that I combined wih the black converse for an 80s style look. Neon colours make the tan stand out more than others, shall we make the most out of this summer trend? Me gusta mucho ponerme zapatillas para el día a día y combinarlas con todo tipo de ropa. Cuando compré este mono negro en Zara no pensé en llevarlo así y ahora me encanta el resultado. Las Adidas SuperStar le dan un rollo más casual a esta prenda y el bolso de Longchamp en rojo el toque de color a este look. I love wearing sneakers on my day to day and combine them with all sorts of styles. When I bought this black playsuit I didn’t think of wearing it with them and now I love the way it looks. El estilo minimal no le sirve a todo el mundo, yo reconozco que es demasiado para mí, me gustan las cosas un poco más personalizadas. Aún así desprenden relax y paz, y hay algo especial en estos espacios que me encanta. Además los detalles al ser todo lo demás tan blanco, destacan muchísimo, ¿no os parece? Minimal style is not for everybody, to be honest I like my interiors to have a bit more of stuff. But it’s true that these look so peaceful and relaxing, and there’s something about these that I really like. Also the details look charming amongst all these white surfaces, don’t you think? Los crop top siguen fuerte para este verano y aunque sabéis que no soy muy amiga de enseñar el ombligo, por eso los crop top me gustan en la combinación adecuada y jugando con los largos entre la parte de arriba y la de abajo. A veces resulta más sexy insinuar que enseñar, por eso siempre procuro que no se vea una franja demasiado grande como por ejemplo el la propuesta que os dejo al final del post, con shorts de tiro alto en el mismo color y por supuesto mis Ipanema. Un beso enorme y disfrutad mucho del fin de semana! Silvia

Crop tops are super in this summer and you might know, I’m not really keen with showing my belly, that’s why I like playing with the top and bottom lengths. Sometimes is more sexy to insinuate rather than showing, that’s why I try to control what’s on show like the look I’ve prepared at the end of the slideshow, with a total white look and of course, my Ipanema sandals. El pasado martes se celebró la fiesta del 10º Aniversario de los Premios Internacionales YoDona. El escenario fue el Museo del Ferrocarril que esta vez se inundo de «Glamour». Aunque la lluvia nos acompañó, no impidió que los invitados fueran radiantes y acudieran puntuales a esta cita tan esperada. La Gala fue presentada y dirigida por Jaime Cantizano y la guapísima Laura Sanchez quienes entregaron los premios a cuatro mujeres de bandera: Giuseppina Nicolini, Miriam Alía, marta Sanchez y Beatriz Echeverría. Cuatro mujeres comprometidas por la lucha de la igualdad y cuatro ejemplos de admiración. Podéis ver la galería de invitados en el siguiente enlace YoDona 

 

Last Tuesday the 10º Anniversary of the Yo Dona International Awards took place at the Railroad museum surrounded by «glamour». Despite it being a bit rainy, the guests arrived punctually to this special occasion. The awards were presented by Jaime Cantizano & the gorgeous Laura Sanchez who handed out the awards to four female icons:  Giuseppina Nicolini, Miriam Alía, Marta Sanchez y Beatriz Echeverría. Four women committed to gender equality and examples of great inspiration.

Este es el vestido que a lleve a la gala del 10º aniversario de los Premios Yo Dona. Elegí un diseño con espalda cruzada en blonda y pedrería de la colección Crystal de Charo Ruiz Ibiza. Me encanta este estilo tan romántico de este vestido, es uno de esos que siempre sueñas con ponerte y en esta ocasión para mi fue un honor lucirlo en esta noche de verano tan especial. Llevé un brazalete y pendientes de diamantes de Gayubo Joyeros y un clutch de Louboutin. Las ondas del pelo gracias a GHD, como no! Siempre es un placer ponerme en sus manos y el maquillaje fue a cargo de MAC. Mañana os subiré muchas más fotos y os contaré todos los detalles del evento. This is the dress that I wore to the 10th anniversary of the Yo Dona awards. I chose this design with open back in lace and pailletes from the Crystal collection of Charo Ruiz Ibiza. I think is super romantic, one of those dresses that you always dream of wearing and it was an honour for me to have it in such an special summer night. I wore a bracelet, diamond earrings from Gayubo and a Louboutin clutch. My hair style was done with GHD of course! It’s always a pleasure to be in their hands, make up was done by MAC.
