Exercise, drink water , cut down stress and rest are the main base of a healthy life. Muchas me preguntáis por la alimentación y me pedís algunos tips sobre el ejercicio que hago. La verdad que nunca lo había considerado porque nunca he seguido una dieta y no hago nada extraordinario que pueda contaros. Pienso que los milagros no existen y que lo que debemos cambiar son los hábitos. Hacer algo de ejercicio, beber mucha agua, reducir el estrés y buen descanso son gestos fundamentales para llevar una vida sana. Llevo 4 meses sin fumar y aunque he cogido algo de peso por culpa de picar entre horas, me siento muy bien :) Ojalá hubiera encontrado antes las «gummynolas»
