I’ve been very busy this last month and I couldn’t follow my blog and even visit others. On the other hand, sometimes I feel that maybe I don’t have any interesting to tell you…
Anyway, now I want to share a simple but effective recipe of a dessert (yes, I cook non sweet meals too!): the no bake cheese cake.

Aunque hoy sí quiero enseñarte una receta facilísima de un postre (eh! que también sé cocinar cosas “no dulces”, ¿vale?): el pastel de queso sin horno.
